Andre P. Johnson is a native of Los Angeles, California and a graduate of Howard University School of Law with an MBA from Tennessee State University. Andre’s areas of practice include corporate and real estate law. Throughout his career he has overseen multimillion-dollar real estate transactions including the creation of innovative financing structures, complex closings, mergers and strategic acquisitions.

Recognized as a leader in business and entrepreneurial pursuits, Mr. Johnson has launched several successful companies, including Unison Group LLC, an award-winning healthcare supply company. André is passionate about the community and volunteers to guide small minority businesses in strategic growth opportunities. Andre was recently appointed by Governor Bill Lee to serve on the Board of Trustees of Tennessee State University and was instrumental in helping Nashville Soccer Holdings bring professional soccer to the city.
